1. No Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

Due to the nature of wholesale orders, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or wrong selection
  • Unsold inventory or customer preference
  • Other non-quality-related reasons

2. Eligible Cases

We accept claims only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items shipped
  • Missing items
  • Products damaged before shipment (confirmed by evidence)

3. Claim Timeframe

Please inspect your goods upon arrival and contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery for product issues
  • 48 hours for shipping damage

Please provide photos/videos and order details for verification.

4. Solutions

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement / reshipment
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that are used, opened, or customized (OEM/Private Label) are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
