Our website and services are intended for business customers only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for commercial purposes and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Our products are intended for adults only. By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that purchasing and importing such products is legal in your location.

3. Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Product information, pricing, and lead times may be updated without notice.
  • We may request additional details to confirm your order, including business information and shipping requirements.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are displayed on our website or provided in quotation/invoice and may vary based on quantity, customization, and shipping terms.
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include import duties, taxes, or local customs fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • We currently accept 100% T/T (Bank Transfer) payment in advance.
  • Before payment, we will provide official documents including Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice for your review.
  • Production and shipment will begin only after full payment is received.
  • Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Production & Lead Time

  • Production time depends on order quantity, product type, and customization requirements.
  • Estimated lead time is provided for reference and may be affected by materials availability, peak seasons, or unforeseen events.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flexible shipping arrangements:

  • If the buyer uses their own freight forwarder, we support EXW / FOB / CIF terms.
  • If the buyer requires us to arrange shipping and logistics support, we can provide available shipping options.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss may transfer according to the agreed Incoterms.
  • The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges (unless otherwise agreed).

8. Discreet Packaging

We pack all shipments securely and professionally. Discreet packaging is available upon request to protect privacy, depending on shipping method and destination requirements.

9. Inspection & Claims

  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims for missing items, wrong items, or quality issues must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must include clear evidence (photos/videos and package label).

10. Returns & Refunds (B2B Policy)

  • Returns/refunds are accepted only for confirmed quality-related issues.
  • No returns or refunds for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, unsold inventory, incorrect selection).
  • Customized/private label (OEM) products are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed quality defect.
  • Solutions may include replacement/reshipment, partial refund, or store credit depending on the case.

11. Product Use & Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with local laws and regulations in their country/region, including import restrictions, labeling, certification, and sales compliance.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Wholesale Love Goods and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits).
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.
